hello, me and my son live in a big appartment (160m�), on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a typical parisian builduing (made by architect Baron Hausmann) closed to Montmartre.
Also, we rent a charming and secured room of 12sq/m with its own bathroom, very convenient for a single person who wants to stay a few days in Paris.

My plans have changed suddenly and I need to sublet my studio until July 1st (possibly July 31st).
WHEN: From now until July 1st.
WHERE: 1 minute walk from metro strop Strasbourg Saint Denis. The location is the biggest asset of the studio. The street is full of little stores and it feels like a market. The area is becoming very bohemian. Walking distance to the very center of paris - or almost anywhere in paris to that matter.
WHAT: Studio; 9sqm; 6th floor without elevator; couch that doubles as pull out bed; table, chair, sink, stove, cabinets, mini oven, kitchen equipment, shower, wash basin, mirror, the toilet is separate but only yours, it is however a turkish toilet (meaning you have to squat). I will be very honest with you, the studio is nothing extraordinary, but it is a great deal (for Paris, studios for 300 euros here often dont even have shower), and the location is really central. I loved staying there despite the little annoyances.
HOW: If you are seriously interested send me an email and I will arrange your visit. Only seriously interest please! The rent is payable in totality the first day (meaning 600 euros + whatever is left of april).
